THE STUDIOS

Studio 1

Architecturally designed and acoustically isolated studio, Studio 1 is the 'live' sound studio.

Each wall is sits at a 12 degree angle (at minimum) to every other wall - forming a strategic acoustic 'sawtooth' design. The ceiling panels also sit in a sawtooth design. Overall, the room has been designed to "structurally" minimise resonance. 

Studio 1 joins onto the control room through a large window.

It also houses a white screen / cyclorama that is pulled down when needed for photography + filming.

Studio 2

Architecturally designed and acoustically isolated, Studio 2 is the 'dead' sound studio + houses the green screen / Cyclorama.

Like studio 1, each wall is sits at a 12 degree angle (at minimum) to every other wall - forming a strategic acoustic 'sawtooth' design. The ceiling panels also sit in a sawtooth design. Overall, the room has been designed to "structurally" minimise resonance.

Amenities

The production facility includes a large lounge, kitchen, shower, toilet and disabled toilet.

Production Suite

The production suite provides multiple workstations for audio and picture creation and editing. Dimensions - 5.8m x 4.1m

Studio 3

Studio 3 is our modern approach to a recording studio.

A cosy space that feels just like home. This studio is ideal for smaller ensembles, or singer/songwriters, who are looking to add that finishing touch, extra production, or just kickstart a new idea. 

  

Studio 3 is also our best seat in the house for mixing duties.

A blend of professional and casual.

 

All studio spaces are available for dry hire. If you’d like to bring in an engineer / producer (or if you are one yourself) we can help get you set-up, and then leave you to it.

We are a short distance to local cafes, restaurants, music stores, and beaches (for when you need to take a break). We also have basic amenities including tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge as well as two bathrooms - one having disability access.
